About Cytovation Cytovation is redefining cancer immunotherapy from the inside out. Our lead asset, CY-101, is a first-in-class bifunctional peptide designed to address immune exclusion in liver metastases and other immune-suppressed tumor environments. We are advancing CY-101 through a multinational clinical program targeting colorectal, hepatocellular, and adrenocortical cancers, with the support of strategic academic and clinical partnerships.

The Role Cytovation is seeking a

high-energy, hardworking Medical Director

to support the clinical development and medical activities. This is an ideal position for a physician who brings strong medical and scientific expertise and who wants to gain broad exposure in a fast-paced, hands-on biotech environment, with a desire to grow into a future senior medical leadership role. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role offers the opportunity to take on

high-impact responsibilities , learn rapidly, and work in a cross functional environment.

Key Responsibilities > Clinical Development Support Support overall clinical development strategy Coordinate with clinical operations, CROs, and investigators to resolve day-to-day medical and scientific queries. Contribute to internal data reviews and help prepare summaries for internal decision-making. Assist in the development of clinical study protocols, amendments, and medical sections of regulatory documents. Support medical monitoring activities, including reviewing eligibility questions, data listings, and safety narratives. > Medical Affairs & Scientific Activities Help develop scientific and medical materials (slide decks, publications, posters, FAQs). Support preparation for advisory boards, KOL meetings, and conference participation. Maintain and update the medical literature database related to our program. Contribute to scientific messaging and communication consistency across teams. > Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with clinical operations, regulatory, safety, and translational science to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment. Support biomarker and exploratory endpoint planning through literature research and data coordination. Assist with investigator-initiated study (IIS) processes and external medical inquiries.

Qualifications Experience in clinical development, clinical operations with scientific exposure, medical affairs, or a related function (oncology experience necessary). Strong academic background (MD). Excellent scientific writing and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, resource-lean biotech setting. Native or near-native English

required. Hands-on, proactive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities with minimal hierarchy.
