Until now, both Origin Palmanova and The Olive Tree Mallorca have relied on a combination of in-house efforts and external partners to manage our social media presence. While this approach has provided occasional content, the absence of consistent, real-time creation has made it challenging to fully capture and communicate the energy, personality and day-to-day life of our venues.
Both restaurants are already highly successful, with strong reputations, loyal customers and a strong presence in the local market. As we continue to expand and evolve, we want our digital presence to reflect the same quality, creativity and momentum that define the restaurants themselves. Bringing this role in-house will allow us to strengthen that success by delivering a more authentic, dynamic and engaging online experience.
Alongside this, we want to launch an exciting new social media account dedicated to our own farm, which produces the vast majority of the fresh produce used in our “farm-to-table” concept. This platform will showcase the full journey from field to plate, celebrate seasonal ingredients, and deepen our guests’ connection to the values, sustainability and craftsmanship that underpin our restaurants.
For these reasons, we are transitioning to an in-house Social Media & Content Creator who can be present on-site multiple times each week, capture meaningful and timely content, and take full ownership of our digital strategy. This move will not only support our continued growth but will also ensure that our story, our values and the distinctive atmosphere of both venues are communicated consistently and powerfully across all platforms.

About the Role
We are seeking a creative, proactive bilingual Social Media & Content Creator to manage and develop the digital presence of both venues.
This role combines on-site content creation with strategic planning and remote management. The ideal candidate will take ownership of social media strategy, produce high-quality content, drive engagement, and contribute directly to strengthening our brand and attracting new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Spend regular, meaningful time in the venues to capture authentic daily moments, dishes, people, and atmosphere
Create and edit high-quality photos, Reels, TikToks, and other social-first content
Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Newsletters and TikTok
Write bilingual (English & Spanish) captions and messaging aligned with each brand
Manage community engagement (replies, comments, messages)
Track performance analytics and suggest improvements
Support promotions, events, and marketing campaigns — including working with external partners to help manage and coordinate paid advertising and ad spend
Stay updated on trends and contribute creative ideas
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation
Strong photography and videography skills, including editing and post-production
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Enjoys being on-site and immersing themselves in venues to create authentic content
Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and balancing on-site and remote tasks efficiently
Creative, self-motivated, and proactive
Thrives in a lively, fast-paced hospitality environment
