Salary range: around 74K (permanent contract) Private health Insurance Hybrid workplace 24 holidays per year They are seeking a Squad Technical Lead to guide an engineering squad in delivering innovative solutions with a strong focus on technical excellence. Oversee the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions that are designed to last. Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards remain high. Proven track record as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership position. Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments. Clear and effective communication skills in English. NET technologies. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services. Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS and Android). Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes.
