. As a

Functional Specialist

within the

Corporate IT organization

, you will contribute to the execution of

strategic data and business intelligence initiatives

by supporting business analysis, data validation, functional testing, and project coordination activities. You will act as a

bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

, ensuring that

business requirements are clearly translated into effective data solutions

while supporting the successful delivery of BI and data-driven projects. Business & Requirements Analysis Gather, analyze, and document

functional and business requirements

from stakeholders. Translate business needs into

clear functional specifications and actionable insights

. Represent business needs during

solution design, validation, and testing phases

. Manage

user stories, requirements, and backlogs

using tools such as

Azure DevOps

. BI & Strategic Data Projects Execution Support the execution of

data-driven initiatives and BI projects

within Corporate IT. Coordinate project activities and maintain

visibility on scope, timelines, and deliverables

. Act as a

liaison between business users, data teams, and technical stakeholders

. Track

project progress and value realization

from data initiatives. Participate in

functional testing, validation cycles, and user acceptance testing (UAT) . Review outputs and ensure solutions meet

business requirements and data quality expectations

. Identify

data inconsistencies or discrepancies

and support resolution. Suggest improvements to

data usability and user experience

. Process Improvement & Quality Identify opportunities to

improve processes, workflows, and data governance practices

. Support

quality assurance activities

, including documentation, audits, and compliance tasks. Ensure solutions meet

internal standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations

. Bachelor’s degree in

Engineering, Science, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field

. ~5+ years of experience

in business analysis, data projects, or functional support roles. ~ Understanding of

project management methodologies

(Agile, Waterfall). ~ Advanced

Excel skills

and experience with

Power BI

for analysis and visualization. ~ Fluent

English

(spoken and written). ~ Experience with

ERP systems or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) . Familiarity with

Azure DevOps

or similar project management tools. Exposure to

data governance or BI transformation projects
