Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support during the pre-sales and bidding phases of wind power projects. Work closely with the sales team to develop technical proposals, solutions, and presentations for wind turbine projects. Conduct site analysis, turbine selection, layout optimization, and energy yield assessment. Prepare and review technical documents including technical specifications, compliance matrices, and bid clarifications. Participate in customer meetings, technical negotiations, and project discussions to explain turbine technology and solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, engineering, electrical, loads, certification, etc.) to address customer technical requirements. Track customer feedback and market trends to support continuous product and solution improvement. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wind power sales, pre-sales, or technical sales support, preferably with a wind turbine manufacturer or EPC. Solid understanding of wind turbine technology, including mechanical systems, electrical systems, control systems, and grid connection. Proven experience in technical bidding and commercial-technical coordination for wind power projects. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
