Data & AI Engineering (golang) Manager

You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, empowering the individual strengths of team members and actively supporting them in achieving their long-term career objectives. You will identify, attract and hire top talent to enable scalable and sustainable growth. You will own the full lifecycle of Data & AI products, including architecture, design, development, deployment, validation, delivery and continuous operation. You will drive system design decisions and validate them against service performance, reliability and operational excellence. You will conduct code reviews, ensuring solutions meet high standards of scalability, maintainability and correctness. You will guide technical best practices, promote engineering quality and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into a strong technical product vision. You will shape and validate product designs, influence the roadmap and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical strategy. Your Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams using a Servant Leadership approach. Encourage professional development, providing tailored support based on individual needs. Identify and hire the right candidates to enable product and organizational growth. Architect, design, build and operate Data & AI products and services. Validate system designs, ensuring strong operational performance and service quality. Conduct code reviews with focus on scalability, maintainability and correctness. Define and evolve the technical vision, collaborating on product roadmap and strategy. Understand customer requirements and transform them into technical direction and system design decisions.
