We are currently looking to add a

Validation Technician

to our team, based in Madrid.

About the Role: Validate HVAC systems by performing assembly and testing both at origin and on the vehicle, including mechanical, software, electrical, and electronic type validation. Perform electrical, electronic, pneumatic, thermodynamic, and/or mechanical assembly of equipment for HVAC system tests and trials, ensuring their quality and traceability of results. Conduct noise and vibration tests. Understand the project concept from a mechanical and electrical/electronic perspective, through the study of documentation provided by the systems and development area. Perform project validation tests, completing the corresponding results sheet. Validate the system to move on to the commissioning phase. Conduct tests on new components and/or equipment. Validate components and/or equipment. Responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of the laboratory and its materials.

Requirements: Academic or professional education in industrial engineering, electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering, or similar. +3 years of experience as a test technician and/or in mechanical and electrical HVAC maintenance. Knowledge of thermodynamics, electricity, mechanics, electronics, noise, and vibroacoustics. Technical product knowledge for analysis and improvement. Knowledge of measurement and acquisition devices.
