We are looking for a talented
Technician Support
for the IT Platform of a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:
Support for internal bank users at their workstations, both hardware and software levels.
Configuration of hardware equipment.
Track the major or more complex issues
Skills:
English written and spoken skills
Active Directory and Infrastructure basic Knowledge
Experience on Product Support
Advanced knowledge on Windows Workstation
Call logging systems Service Now
Strong Experience with Microsoft Windows platform including Windows 7 and Windows 10
MS Office 2016 & O365
MS Outlook
Knowledge of LAN / WAN, Client Server and other Network applications
SMS Software Deployment tools
Network Share permissions
Iphone / Ipad / MAC Management technology
Laptop / Desktop build and imaging & Physical troubleshooting
Microsoft Teams
VPN Client
Ability to troubleshoot remote connectivity
Ability to use remote control tools, Goverlan preferable
At least 12 months experience working for an IT service desk or help desk team
