We’re looking for a

Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist

to join the team in Barcelona. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, addressing delivery issues, product questions, refunds, and payment matters. This dynamic role requires adaptability and a customer-focused approach to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, accurate solutions Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases

Requirements: Proficient or bilingual level of Dutch

(C2) Advanced level of

English (B2/C1) Minimum

1 year of experience

in Customer Service or Sales (preferably in a luxury brand) Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs

What We Offer: Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week) Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Salary package:

€21,376 gross/year Performance bonus:
