Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote in Spain)

Barkibu is a veterinary insurance designed to ensure dogs and cats receive the medical care they need without the worry of high expenses. At Barkibu, we dream of a world where every pet can access top-tier healthcare without financial barriers standing in the way. We’re a team of pet lovers from Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Croatia, Russia, Morocco, Argentina, Poland and Italy and now we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a heart for animals and teamwork skills. Design and execute paid media campaigns with a strong focus in performance. Monitor their performance and continuously optimize campaigns with a data driven approach in mind. Investigate and test new functionalities within the Google and Meta ecosystems Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics to ensure consistent brand messages and meet ambitious growth targets.

You have a proven track record in paid media, with at least 5 years of experience managing big budgets in several countries. You are fluent in Spanish and English. A 3rd language, such as Polish or other Eastern European languages, will be a plus. You have deep hands-on experience in building and optimizing performance campaigns in a high-growth startup environment.
