Lead the Engineering & R&D team, ensuring on‑time, full delivery of projects. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical support during bids. Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure cost‑efficient Bills of Materials. Provide technical support for type testing and product qualification. Prepare and oversee budgets and financial plans for the area. Plan and manage team workload, resources, and performance. Promote best practices and develop training plans for the team. Engineering qualification – Electrical or equivalent, Proficient in Project Management and Product Development techniques with proven experience in this field. Knowledge in design IT tools is preferred for mechanical, electrical and associated simulation tools. Advanced computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint. Fluent in English (at C1 level or superior).
