Calibration Engineer

to work in one of the most important

Tier 1

in the

automotive sector

to Ensure the geometrical, dimensional, and tolerance consistency of automotive components and assemblies, making sure that design, industrialization, and production comply with technical, quality, and assembly requirements defined by engineering, plant, and customer.

Missions: Prepare the control gauge

spec book

for quotation and sourcing processes. Validate the design and concept of checking fixtures with manufacturers and, if required, with the customer. Perform virtual and physical geometrical analysis, including real measurements and tolerance stack-up. Monitor the manufacturing of fixtures and report any discrepancies during validation. Participate in validation activities at manufacturer and R&R facilities, collaborating with plant and suppliers.

Requirements: Minimum

2 years of experience

in geometrical analysis and/or dimensional control in the automotive sector (plastic or sheet metal). Experience in geometrical assurance, tolerances, and/or automotive metrology. Knowledge of

CATIA V5

(highly valued) and general CAD environments. Functional English (B2)

for communication with: customers, suppliers, and plant; fluent Spanish.
