What are we looking for? Design and execute CRM strategies focused on engagement, retention, and conversion, especially for health and wellness audiences . Set up and manage CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, ensuring proper segmentation, tagging, and automation ⚙️. Collaborate with content, design, and media teams to deliver effective email marketing campaigns . Create and optimize automated workflows (welcome series, re-engagement, nurture campaigns) . Monitor key metrics and report results to continuously improve strategy . Manage database hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM) . Personalize experiences based on behavioral data and customer lifecycle stages . Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaigns and segments ✅. Train teams and clients on CRM best practices .

What do you need? 4+ years hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights . Experience designing email marketing campaigns with measurable results. Knowledge of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Klaviyo. Understanding of email marketing and data privacy regulations. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) ️. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Availability for flexible hours aligned with US projects ⏰.
