To increase our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for a

Partner Account Manager – Northern Spain (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible. This role will report directly to the

Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

This role will be responsible for the

Northern region in Spain

, and it is welcome to work in our office in

Madrid or remote in Bilbao

.

You will identify as well as continuously

supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors

in North Spain. You will oversee the

onboarding process

of new partners and build

long-term, successful business relationships

. You will organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program. You will

define and drive business plans

with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development You will actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence. You will create

accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies

to ensure business targets in North Spain are achieved. Internally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. You will regularly update our CRM system with the relevant partner and deal with information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. You have

solid IT knowledge

gained through your academic background, university studies, or an equivalent qualification—ideally in the field of cybersecurity or cloud services. You have

at least five years of professional experience

in the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes. Experience with

enterprise sales methodologies

such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex Partners or end users environments involving multiple stakeholders. You have relevant experience in

dealing with sales partners and distributors

in Spain and have been able to successfully develop partners strategically and economically. You are

willing to travel frequently

(up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during customer meetings, partner sessions, and negotiations You have an excellent knowledge in Spanish and at least a B2 level of English, both spoken and written. You are

highly organized

and know how to prioritize tasks to support the growth and success of the Hornetsecurity Group.
