SAP EWM Consultant - Retail - Europe - Travel Required I’m partnering with a large European retailer that’s expanding its warehouse and fulfilment capabilities across multiple countries. They’re looking for an experienced SAP specialist with deep knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management to support a multi-site rollout tied to their broader SAP transformation.

This role will involve working closely with logistics and distribution teams and travelling to warehouses and distribution centres across Europe during key phases of the programme.

What you’ll be doing • Configure and optimise SAP EWM for retail distribution and fulfilment operations • Support rollout across multiple EU warehouses and logistics hubs • Work with operations teams to improve picking, replenishment, and outbound processes • Integrate EWM with S/4HANA Retail, transportation systems, and automation technologies • Support testing, go-live planning, and stabilisation across sites

What they’re looking for • Strong hands-on SAP EWM experience within retail, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-country warehouse rollouts • Knowledge of retail logistics processes including store replenishment and omnichannel fulfilment • Comfortable travelling across EU sites during implementation phases • Experience working closely with warehouse operations teams

Nice to have • Experience integrating EWM with warehouse automation such as AS/RS, robotics, or voice picking solutions
