The Senior Associate supports OMNIYAT Group’s leadership through rigorous analysis, structured insight, and disciplined execution across strategy, performance oversight, and value creation initiatives, operating at the center of enterprise decision-making, this role is a centralized Corporate Strategy & Intelligence function that strengthens enterprise governance, decision quality, and performance impact across the Group.
Tasks and responsibilities
Achieve clear, decision-ready executive insights by synthesizing operational, financial, and program data across Group entities
Manage the preparation, consolidation, and continuous enhancement of the Monthly Group Operational MIS for senior leadership review
Coordinate structured updates on key cross-Group initiatives and strategic programs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
Implement governance discipline across major initiatives, including milestone tracking, escalation thresholds, and decision gates
Identify performance gaps, structural bottlenecks, interdependencies, and cross-program risks at an early stage
Evaluate financial and operational performance through structured diagnostics to surface revenue, cost, and capital efficiency opportunities
Facilitate the design and execution of value-creation initiatives with clearly defined KPIs, timelines, ownership, and measurable impact
Collaborate with business, finance, and functional leaders during Annual and Mid-Cycle Strategic Planning processes
Manage the development of Board and Committee materials, ensuring clarity of logic, strategic coherence, and decision focus
Check accountability and follow-through across enterprise priorities, actions, and leadership commitments
Coordinate enterprise-level tracking of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with Group objectives and value targets
Evaluate feasibility, risk, and value potential of new business incubation opportunities through a structured assessment framework
Supervise the integrity, consistency, and quality of analytical outputs, presentations, and executive documentation
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or equivalent
4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or performance improvement.
Real Estate experience is preferred
Proven experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
