CFO - Financial Services

An international company, part of a growing global business group specialized in data centers, is looking for a DC SPVs Manager – Accounting & Finance.

Role Overview You will lead the accounting, financial management, and reporting activities for data center projects under construction and operation, working closely with Delivery, FP&A, Treasury, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities Lead accounting, tax, and audit activities for DC SPVs Manage treasury, cash flow, and liquidity planning Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Ensure compliance with financing agreements and internal policies Support project finance and lender reporting Drive performance reporting for management and investors Coordinate risk and insurance activities

Profile ~10+ years of experience in accounting and finance ~ Strong background in infrastructure, construction, energy, real estate, or data centers ~ Experience with SPVs and project finance structures ~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ~ Willingness to travel and regularly visit data center campuses
