What We’re Looking For

We care more about your ability to learn and adapt than a meeting a specific checklist. We value the following skills : Experience:

You’ve successfully shipped AI/ML solutions to production and understand the nuances of keeping them running. Curiosity:

A natural desire to dive into new domains, whether it’s Energy, Agriculture, or Pharma, and find elegant solutions. Communication:

Proficient in English. If you speak French, that’s a lovely bonus, but not a dealbreaker. Education:

A strong academic background (Master’s or PhD) in a technical field that gave you a solid foundation in first principles.

Technical Landscape

We don't expect you to be an expert in everything on day one, but you’ll likely spend your time with: Python:

Your primary tool, used with best practices. ML & GenAI:

Experience with the PyTorch/TensorFlow ecosystem and modern LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or direct API work). Data & Infrastructure:

Proficiency with Pandas/Polars, Vector Databases, and a comfortable grasp of Docker and Cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
