The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer (Go-To-Market Engineer) to help architect and launch omnichannel outbound campaigns for our clients.
This is a junior-to-mid-level, hands-on role for someone who loves systems, AI prompting, and seeing data-driven campaigns come to life. You’ll work alongside our Account Managers (who handle client communication) and our Automation Engineers (who build integrations), owning everything from campaign setup to performance optimization.
You’ll play a key role in creating and managing the actual outreach systems that power our clients’ growth, email + LinkedIn campaigns, list building, data enrichment, AI-driven personalization, and performance tracking.

What You’ll Do
Build, launch, and monitor email, LinkedIn, and omnichannel campaigns for B2B clients
Create personalized outreach copy and prompts for AI to generate context-rich first lines, hooks, and CTAs
Construct Clay workflows and enrichment waterfalls using APIs like Clearbit, Apollo, and MillionVerifier
Build and score lead lists based on firmographic, technographic, and intent data
Use GPT-powered prompts inside Clay to enrich, segment, and qualify leads dynamically
Manage and optimize campaigns in tools like Instantly.ai, Smartlead, or EmailBison
Test and improve reply rates, bounce rates, and deliverability through ongoing A/B testing
Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to translate client strategy into tactical, executable campaigns
Provide insights and recommendations on campaign pivots, channel mix, and messaging
Analyze performance dashboards and share actionable feedback with the team
What You Bring
1–3 years experience in B2B sales, outbound, or GTM execution (agency or startup experience preferred)
Hands-on experience using Clay (required), workflows, enrichment, scoring, and prompt engineering
Familiarity with outbound tools like Smartlead, Instantly.ai, HubSpot, Apollo, or PhantomBuster
Strong AI prompting skills, ability to build smart, structured prompts that generate reliable GPT output
Solid understanding of B2B outreach principles, ICP targeting, sequencing, offer creation
Good written English, clear, concise, and able to adapt tone per client or campaign
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment where experimentation drives growth
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating during EST overlap hours (flexible schedule)
