This role is 100% based in the company offices in Gibraltar (Southern Europe) and is NOT a remote role so y
ou must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area already. You will also need an EU or UK passport, to apply. If you do not have both these things then please do not apply.
RecruitGibraltar are currently recruiting for a Senior PA to join a long-established and reputable, international but locally headquartered company. This is a key role providing support in a personal capacity to the CEO and his family. The role is based in the company’s offices in Gibraltar but may also require working from other locations from time to time. Fluent Spanish and English language skills is essential.
What will you do as a Personal Assistant?
• Being the first line of support to the CEO for personal matters, including providing support to his wife and wider family where necessary;
• Managing an ever-changing, complex diary;
• Coordinating and scheduling the regular business calendar of meetings;
• Organising regular business and personal travel for the CEO and anyone traveling with him
• Researching destinations, organising the relevant Visas, planning meetings and preparing itineraries;
• Maintaining any personal vehicles as required; tax, MOT, shipping, purchasing, sales etc.;
• Providing lifestyle support to the CEO, his wife and wider family where required, including; organising events booking restaurants and appointments, sourcing new suppliers, buying gifts, booking tickets etc.;
• Coordinating of events, both domestic and international
What do you know that makes you a great Personal Assistant?
• Significant Senior PA experience in a similar role, ideally for a HNWI
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills is essential
• Must be comfortable with MS Office suite and in working with IT systems
• Demonstrates an extremely flexible, ‘can-do’ and responsive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build good working relationships with all levels of seniority in the organisation
• High level of organisation and time management of own duties
• Proactive approach with ability to multi-task and anticipate problems or situations ahead of them arising, ability to think ‘outside the box’ where necessary to resolve issues
• High level of attention to detail
• Demonstrates discretion and acts confidentially
Salary very competitive based on experience with package.
