Clinical Project Manager

to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of innovative clinical studies, including interventional trials and large-scale observational cohorts.

What you’ll do:

Drive Scientific Excellence:

Translate research objectives into actionable study plans, ensuring protocols and data collection meet the highest scientific standards. Lead Project Delivery:

Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners. Ensure Compliance:

Maintain adherence to ICH-GCP, EU/Spanish regulations, and rigorous quality systems. Monitor & Report

: Track KPIs, risks, and scientific indicators; prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Optimize Processes:

Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of clinical research workflows.

What we’re looking for:

Education:

Degree in Life Sciences or related fields; MSc/PhD preferred. Experience:

3–5 years in clinical trial/project management; strong background in observational research and complex pipelines (biomarkers, imaging). Skills:

Scientific mindset, project and risk management, regulatory knowledge, proficiency with eCRFs/CTMS/EDC systems. Languages

: Professional proficiency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
