Job Description:
Provide IT support to end-users via ticketing system.
Manage and maintain hardware inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Implement and document IT processes, ensuring compliance and clarity.
Act as the primary IT contact for internal teams and users.
Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and procurement.
Deploy and configure devices using
Microsoft Autopilot
and
Intune.
Contribute to
continuous improvement
by analyzing support trends and proposing optimizations.
Ensure clear communication of IT policies and procedures to users.
Qualifications and Skills:
General infrastructure knowledge:
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Proficiency in
Microsoft 365 suite
for administrative tasks and process documentation.
Ability to identify and implement
continuous improvement processes.
Experience with
SharePoint & OneDrive
is a plus.
Familiarity with
Microsoft Autopilot and Intune
for device provisioning is a plus.
Strong IT and technology skills
Proficiency in technical English is a must.
Proactive and solution-oriented.
Detail-oriented and conscientious.
Autonomous with strong problem-solving skills.
Curious and eager to learn.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
P
ossibility of signing an internship agreement from the University.
Possess a valid visa throughout the entire internship period if applicable.
Availability for a full-time/part time internship from 6 to 12 months.
