Sales Development Representative (EMEA)

Position Overview

We’re looking for one of our first founding SDRs in the EMEA region to help build the GTM process and grow from seed to Series A and beyond, backed by world-class investors in travel, AI, and SaaS. Working directly with Besty's Head of Sales and hiring manager, Edward Shorter:

This role requires a highly driven, multilingual communicator who is comfortable operating across international markets. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and proficiency in additional European languages (such as French, Italian, or German) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• 95% cold calling, 5% CRM management

• Travel opportunities to global conferences to represent Besty AI

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a HUGE plus

• Experience in the short-term rental space is a bonus but not required
