Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Assistant based in Las Rozas de Madrid. While some tasks may require onsite presence, a portion of the work can be performed remotely. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving technical and system-related issues, and assisting teams and customers in a timely and efficient manner. The role includes diagnosing technical problems, offering technical guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service and effective communication.

Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Assistance and Technical Support, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Possess Analytical Skills to diagnose complex problems and develop effective solutions. Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships. A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience or knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
