Investor Relations Senior Manager to support HBX Group's communication with investors, analysts, and senior internal stakeholders. The role is responsible for producing clear, compelling documentation that explains HBX Group's business and financial performance, managing investor‑related activities, and conducting detailed analysis to support executive‑level decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have substantial internal experience at HBX Group, deep understanding of financial reporting, and the capability to translate complex information into engaging and accurate investor‑focused materials. This role offers increasing autonomy based on strong performance. Produce high‑quality draft documents explaining HBX Group's business and financial performance for investors, analysts, and internal senior stakeholders. Construct clear, coherent narratives that connect data, strategy, and performance themes. Develop insights and responses to likely investor questions, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Investigate and analyse issues or trends as needed to support investor‑related communication and leadership decision‑making. Plan, coordinate and project‑manage all engagement with investors, including meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow‑up actions. Attend investor meetings in support of the IR Director and senior leaders, contributing insights where appropriate. Analytical expertise
