We are looking for experienced Account Managers with a proven track record of success in the telecom sector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partners and carriers on both buying and selling services. We are a group of companies specialising in telecom software development and operating as a niche international telecom provider. We deliver Voice and Messaging transit services to B2B clients around the world: including carriers, aggregators, and enterprise partners.
#Overseeing the entire sales process: from routing and pricing to monitoring SMS or Voice route quality
Implementing partner development strategies based on current market data
Preparing performance reports on partner relationships
Keeping CRM records for assigned partners up to date
Collaborating with other departments to address legal, financial, and technical partner issues
Supporting new accounts in cooperation with BDM (Business Development Department team)
Participating in additional company projects

In-depth knowledge of the telecom services market, especially SMS/Voice
Expertise with various sales techniques
Strong PC and office software skills
Strong time management and self-organisation skills
Proficiency in English
