A leading multinational company in the food manufacturing industry is seeking an

Industrial Operations Manager

to lead and optimize plant operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain efficient operational systems to support industrial and business needs. Establish and ensure performance standards related to quality, productivity, efficiency, and operational reliability. Oversee daily plant operations, working cross-functionally with multiple business units and teams. Lead annual performance reviews and drive

continuous improvement initiatives , process optimization, and operational excellence. Promote and implement

Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies

to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and industrial safety requirements. Manage and control the operational budget to align resources with business goals.

Qualifications Minimum 5 + years of experience

in a similar role within industrial or manufacturing environments. Proven experience in

Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization . Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with multiple teams across the organization.
