We became a listed company on BME Growth in 2022, which has fueled a significant expansion of our activities. As part of this growth, Axon is currently seeking Strategy Consulting Associates to join our Madrid office.

We are looking for Senior Associates to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.

Business & Network Modelling As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for: Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors. Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing

Over 95% of our projects are international in scope. Short project cycles, providing exposure to multiple initiatives each year. A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus ~Fluent in English (minimum C1 level required). ~ Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus. ~ A valid work permit for Spain is required.
