. Technical HR Officer / Manager Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (HR focus), or similar, with at least 3 years of experience in HR management in a technological startup. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar, with at least 5 years of experience in HR management in a technological startup. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline will be positively valued.

Spanish - Professional working level (written and spoken). English - Professional working level (written and spoken).

Hands-on experience managing the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, specifically covering labour law compliance, payroll, and benefits administration. Demonstrated experience in building and scaling HR processes from the ground up. A track record of successfully leading recruitment for highly specialized technical roles, ideally in the AR/VR field or related technologies. Experience implementing and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Previous experience in high-tech startups or small to mid-size industrial companies will be especially valued.

In-depth knowledge of Spanish employment law, payroll regulations, and benefits administration. Ability to design and implement flexible and scalable HR policies tailored to a growing startup. Experience defining performance management frameworks, professional development plans, and employee engagement initiatives. Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for HR reporting and documentation.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and legal compliance in all HR operations. Proactive, autonomous, and agile mindset aligned with a growing startup pace. Manage the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience at every stage. Take ownership of labour law compliance, overseeing contracts, payroll, time tracking, holidays, and benefits (health insurance). Design, implement, and document new HR processes and policies: working hours and flexibility, leaves and absences, employee feedback, performance evaluation, professional development, etc. Ensure all existing and new processes comply with Spanish labour law and are aligned with Inmersia’s culture. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: define profiles aligned with Inmersia’s vision, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure over 90% of new hires are A-players. Manage the full onboarding of new hires: documentation, accounts, equipment, welcome meetings, and follow-up during the first 6 months (satisfaction and performance). Implement performance management frameworks and employee engagement initiatives. Support the implementation of internal tools and systems (HRIS, CRM, ERP) that impact the people function. Propose and implement employer branding strategies to position Inmersia as an attractive employer within the XR ecosystem. Full-time permanent contract. Strong opportunities to grow with the startup, with the possibility of becoming Director of Human Resources.
