. You will support Spanish-speaking customers while applying your knowledge of banking operations to resolve complex cases and deliver high-quality service.

Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email for Spanish-speaking customers Deliver clear guidance on banking and financial services processes Act as a subject matter expert for banking-related topics within the team Support colleagues with knowledge sharing when needed Fluent Spanish

and

good English

(spoken and written) Minimum 12 months of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or similar sectors Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple platforms Team-oriented with strong communication skills Full-time position

based in Lisbon, Portugal ~ Relocation support available for candidates moving from Spain ~ Paid training before starting the role ~ Health insurance from the first day of the contract ~ Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly ~40 hours per week on
