Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate)

We are hiring a Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate) to join an international pharmaceutical company based in Madrid.

The role You will act as a trusted legal partner to Commercial, Regulatory, Quality and Operations teams, handling: Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (distribution, supply, manufacturing, licensing, services, NDAs). Corporate governance and cross-border matters. Legal support in a regulated pharma environment. Day-to-day GDPR contractual topics. Coordination with IT on cybersecurity/compliance matters (non-implementation role) Managing external counsel.

Profile 5+ years’ experience in commercial & corporate law. Strong negotiation skills and international exposure. Experience in pharma/life sciences is a plus. Excellent English (drafting & negotiation). Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
