Technician

Job Description1. Responsible for the on-site installation of the 3S products: Lifts, Climb Auto System, Climb assist.2. Provide customers with training on the installation, use and annual inspection of the company's products. 3. Attend customer sites to deal with faults as instructed by the company.4. Refining and writing product guidelines5. Refining and writing troubleshooting manuals.6. Preparation of Product maintenance reports7. Counting product failures and assisting the Quality Department in analyzing root causes8. Development of improvement measures to address common product issues9. Support sales with technical clarification.10. Daily management of the warehouse, identification and dispatch of parts.Requirements：At least two years of relevant work experience, with experience in mechanical installation and basic electrical knowledgeProficient in the use of office softwareGood communication and presentation skillsAble to adapt to short-term travelFluent in English and local language (Spanish, Greek, Turkish...)
