The

Partner Success Manager

plays a key role in Spoki’s partner network. You will be the main point of contact, support platform adoption, and contribute to initiatives for shared growth.

Plan and conduct onboarding and training sessions, guiding partners toward optimal use of the Spoki platform. Monitor partner performance continuously, identifying growth opportunities, potential issues, and developing actionable improvement plans. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies and maximize co-selling and joint growth opportunities. Provide operational, consultative, and strategic support to help partners solve problems and optimize processes. Fluent in Italian and English

(spoken and written), Spanish is a plus. ~3–7 years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or similar roles,

preferably in SaaS or tech environments. ~ Familiarity with CRM systems and digital platforms. ~ Ability to analyze partner data and feedback, turning insights into concrete actions. A central role with real responsibility for the success of partners and the evolution of Spoki’s network. Continuous training and access to advanced tools to perform at your best.
