THE CONTEXT
My client is a fast-growing European SaaS company specialized in payroll and HR software, currently building its commercial engine in Spain.
They are looking for multiples SDR to generate qualified pipeline and fuel the growth of the Spanish market.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Identify, target, and engage new prospects through structured and repeatable outbound strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Qualification & SQL Generation:
Qualify prospects against defined ICP criteria and convert them into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the AE team.
Meeting Booking & Handof f :
Book qualified discovery meetings and ensure clean, structured handoff of opportunities to Account Executives.
CRM & Data Discipline:
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring strong visibility.
YOUR PROFILE

Outbound Experience :
first experience as an BDR/SDR in a B2B SaaS or complex software environment.
Proven Closing Track Record
: Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed quota.
Hunter Mentality : Resilient, disciplined, and comfortable executing high-volume cold outreach.
Prospecting Fundamentals:
Solid understanding of ICP targeting, sequencing strategies, objection handling, and qualification frameworks.
Languages : Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
