Compensation:
€30k base salary + 30% bonus target. €42k total earning potential.
Location:
Barcelona. Hybrid 50%.
Our client is a science-led ingredients manufacturer entering an exciting new stage of commercial expansion. We are seeking a Client Acquisition Executive to identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities that will support continued global growth.
The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for generating new leads and creating a consistent flow of qualified business opportunities across international markets.
Identify and research potential new customers across EMEA and APAC.
Conduct proactive commercial outreach through calls, emails, and networking activities.
Qualify new leads and transfer them to Inside Sales and Sales Managers.
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, tracking progress against KPIs and timelines.
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Sales Managers, and Marketing to ensure strong lead conversion.
The Requirements
Previous experience in business development, inside sales, or sales prospecting. B2B preferred.
Communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to research markets, identify key decision makers, and map accounts effectively.
Persistent and resilient approach to prospecting and overcoming rejection.
