We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale
This is a foundational role: you will be responsible for developing the top of the sales funnel and will work closely with founders, sales, and marketing to shape how we approach the market. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start (or accelerate) a career in B2B SaaS sales, learn how modern AI companies sell, and grow into more senior sales or revenue roles over time.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, needs, and buying intent
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and founders
Maintain accurate and structured information in the CRM
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed defined sales development goals
Strong interest in building a career in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in technology or AI environments
Clear commercial mindset and curiosity about how companies buy software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
