Brand Strategist / Brand Consultant

to join our amazing team in Barcelona.

Role Overview Firma Branding Agency is looking for a dynamic Brand Strategist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and creative lateral thinking to develop and execute innovative brand strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to translate strategic ideas into clear, impactful visual presentations and possess excellent presentation skills when engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development:

Create and conceptualize strategic recommendations for brands, combining analytical insights with creativity to deliver innovative solutions. Market and Trend Analysis:

Guide market research analysis and/or analyze consumer qualitative and quantitative insights. Develop brand conclusions and recommendations based on these insights. Creative Problem-Solving:

Apply lateral thinking to approach challenges in unexpected ways, offering fresh perspectives and creative strategies for brands. Visual Communication:

Translate strategic concepts into clear, concise, and visually engaging documents and presentations for clients. Client Presentations:

Confidently present strategic ideas and brand strategies to clients, explaining and defending them in a compelling and clear manner. Collaboration:

Work closely with creative teams (designers, copywriters, video producers) to ensure brand strategies are accurately reflected in creative deliverables.

Requirements: •

At least 5 years of experience in branding , strategic planning, or communication. • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) – skilled at communicating with clients and creative teams through presentations, compelling copy, and detailed strategy documents. • Strong ability to balance data analysis with creative thinking to develop impactful brand strategies.

This is an office-based role at our headquarters in Barcelona, with flexibility to work from home on specific occasions.
