We’re looking for an International Tax Specialist to join our Finance team and report directly to the Tax Director. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the tax function – helping to deliver our roadmap and driving process improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for all Group tax compliance and reporting (Europe and USA) Support technical international tax projects on an ad-hoc basis. Coordinate with other departments to streamline tax processes. Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and its impact on the Group. Partner with the Tax Director and wider teams on ad-hoc research, VAT and transfer pricing projects, and new projects. Handle audits, appeals, or formal dispute resolution processes Manage relationships with external advisors. Prepare tax disclosures for statutory accounts, and act as the bridge between the tax and finance functions.

You’ll Bring: Minimum

5+ years

of experience in international tax ideally within a multinational group or advisory firm. Excellent understanding of tax accounting and compliance processes Advanced problem-solving skills with a results-driven, get-things-done attitude. A proactive, hands-on approach and a “can-do” attitude. Strong multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and excellent organization skills. A collaborative mindset – a big thinker with a small ego. Fluent in English, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
