About the Role We are looking for a Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our commercial activities, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business execution in Spain.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organized professional who wants to grow within a dynamic international FMCG environment.

Main Responsibilities • Manage order registration and invoicing • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries • Organize and maintain commercial documentation and internal records • Prepare materials for client meetings (presentations, samples, product information) • Communicate with suppliers, distributors, and clients • Support general office administration and coordination tasks

Profile • Native-level Spanish and excellent English (both written and spoken) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment • Previous experience in a commercial, administrative, or logistics-related role is a plus • Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a strong advantage • Experience with SAP ERP is a plus
