Incident Manager

to join a

critical IT environment

with high business expectations and a strong focus on service quality.

Your mision

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working in demanding and fast-paced environments, and acting as a key point of contact between technical teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders.

We are looking for you if you have an IT background (Vocational Training – IT, ASIR or similar), experience in corporate IT environments, and

advanced English skills (minimum C1 level)

, as this role is

Your responsabilities

Lead and manage

major IT incidents (P1/P2)

, ensuring proper prioritization, coordination, and resolution. Act as the central point of coordination between

internal IT teams, external service providers, and business stakeholders

. Drive crisis management calls and war rooms, maintaining

clear, controlled, and effective communication

at all times. Ensure accurate

incident tracking, reporting, and formal closure

in line with established processes. Provide

regular operational and executive reporting

on incident status and trends. Perform

post-incident reviews (RCA)

, identify recurring issues, and propose

continuous improvement actions

to reduce future business impact.

Your profile

Previous experience in incident management or high-criticality IT environments. Advanced English level (C1 or higher)

– assessment will be conducted. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations. Based in

San Sebastián (Donosti)
