The company is driving the transition of Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) imaging from traditional analog systems to next-generation digital detection technology, enabling healthcare providers to deliver higher quality patient care with improved efficiency and reduced operational costs.
Position Responsibilities
Develop and implement a territory sales plan aligned with overall business objectives, including expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
Ensure high standards of customer service and optimal product utilization.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Gather and analyse market intelligence, including competitor activity and regional market developments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinical stakeholders, and distribution partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as tenders, customer service, marketing, applications, R&D, and field service.
Provide clear product communication and ensure customers are appropriately trained and informed regarding clinical updates.
Coordinate order management, delivery schedules, and inventory planning to secure and renew business.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive technologies and industry trends.
Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows, including post-event follow-up and reporting.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum 5 years of successful front-line medical imaging sales experience, preferably in nuclear medicine imaging (SPECT and/or hybrid SPECT-CT; PET/CT experience advantageous).
Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment within an international medical device organization.
Proven ability to manage and develop distributor networks.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Established clinical network within nuclear medicine is highly desirable
