The Role: Talent Acquisition Consultant Confirmed Level You will take ownership of attracting and hiring top recruitment and sales professionals for our European markets. This is a high-impact, business-facing TA role — combining strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities Leading full-cycle recruitment across European offices Proactively sourcing high-performing recruitment & sales talent Building long-term talent pipelines (passive & active candidates) Driving conversion rates and process efficiency Monitoring KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health) Supporting employer branding and attraction strategy

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or in-house) Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency essential) Background in performance-driven / sales environments preferred Fluent German & English required (French a plus) KPI-focused and commercially aware mindset Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across markets
