We’re looking for a passionate SENIOR AI ENGINEER (Chatbot Developer) - (FULLREMOTEMust reside in Spain)? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.

The role involves building conversational AI solutions and collaborating with an international team.

Requirements

- 5+ years in a similar technical role (AI Engineering / Software Architecture). - Proven experience with Azure and GCP. - Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (modular design, testing, optimization). - Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Agentic Frameworks (preferably Google ADK***). - Language: Excellent English skills (written and spoken) for global collaboration.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Experience with Chatbots and Voicebots. - Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. - Familiarity with production-grade security, data handling, and compliance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and IT to develop a scalable AI platform strategy. - Continuously review new LLMs and AI technologies to enhance underlying business cases. - Collaborate with Global Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to build a pipeline of Conversational AI opportunities. - Oversee technical governance, IT security (SecOps), and ensure all activities align with ethical AI principles. - Develop and maintain agent logic using frameworks like Google ADK and Agent2Agent. - Lead successful POCs and pilots to demonstrate technology fit and migrate legacy flows to modern agent-based implementations. - Build reusable modules and integrate tools/APIs with a focus on schema definition, error handling, and robustness. - Define testing strategies and ensure system health through advanced logging, telemetry, and monitoring.
