WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ✍️ We are looking for a

Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience

in large corporate environments, ideally within operations or digital transformation contexts. Key requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments Background in

operations, process optimization, or digital transformation projects Experience with

Process Mining / Process Intelligence initiatives (e.g. Celonis) Knowledge of

BPM methodologies and BPMN notation Familiarity with

ITIL frameworks

and operations environments Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations) Fluent English (mandatory)
