We are looking for an expert to work as L3 Support EngineerPrimary SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent5+ years of experienceIn a typical day as a Senior Software dev/L3 support Engineer, you would:• Be responsible for troubleshooting all L3 cases open for complex products and platforms, including finding the cause of the issue, solve the issue, testing, and generation of patches• Work on Container deployment flavor of the product as well which is recently released• Work closely with L2 support, development and delivery teams to analyze, debug, and resolve product issues• Help peers in R&D function with your strong sense of commitment & ownership to drive things to closure, with decisive verbal & written communication skills and courtesy.Minimum skills:• Good programming skills in any language (Java, Python, Shell scripting) with objects, Linux, Unix scripting (Bash)• Troubleshooting skills• Knowledge/Willingness on Virtualization and Containerization technologies (Docker & Kubernetes)• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible
