About B.you Superfoods
We are a 100% international company, passionate about premium and organic superfoods, especially açaí purées and sorbets. We are growing fast in Europe and are looking for a sales hunter to accelerate this movement even further.
You will be the engine of active prospecting for the European market, working 100% remotely from Brazil.
Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and manage the full sales cycle through to closing
Keep the CRM always up to date, with disciplined and detailed tracking of each stage of the funnel
Work with clear activity and performance targets, always focused on volume and conversion
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sectors such as food, FMCG, or consumer goods
Fluent English (for negotiation and daily communication)
Strong CRM discipline and organization to manage pipeline and reporting
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (Pinheiros), 3 days in-office and 2 remote
Experience with international sales or the European market
Spanish or another European language
