You will join a newly created, specialized team dedicated to providing premium, end-to-end travel support for executive and VIP travelers. Full professional level of French Full professional level of English Act as the primary travel advisor for executive and VIP clients, ensuring a premium service experience at every stage Anticipate and respond effectively to urgent requests, last-minute changes, and travel disruptions Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, and Account teams Contribute to service quality improvements by sharing feedback, best practices, and operational insights Use performance data and customer feedback to continuously enhance the client experience Solid background in business travel management or a similar customer-facing travel role Previous exposure to executive-level or high-touch clients in demanding service environments Experience in premium service, contact center, or corporate travel environments is an advantage Permanent, full-time contract Hybrid work model (3 days per week in the office) Private health insurance 12 therapy or coaching sessions for you and your loved ones English, Catalan, and Spanish
