As part of our multidisciplinary support ecosystem, the 12-Step Counselor contributes specialist guidance rooted in the AA/CA recovery traditions, adapted to a premium private-care environment.

The 12-Step Counselor (AA/CA) plays a key role in supporting clients in early recovery by introducing, guiding, and reinforcing the principles of the 12-Step program. This role focuses on motivation, accountability, emotional support, and helping clients integrate foundational recovery tools into their daily lives.

The counselor must uphold the ethos of Oasis Premium Recovery: discretion, empathy, professionalism, and uncompromising service quality.

Encourage practical application of recovery tools, including meeting participation, sponsorship concepts, and daily self-reflection practices. Adapt 12-Step approaches to align with Oasis Premium Recovery’s holistic and premium service model. Provide education on addiction, relapse triggers, and long-term recovery maintenance strategies. Offer guidance on building sober support networks and transitioning into community-based meetings after the program.

Uphold AA/CA traditions while integrating into a non-clinical, private-wellness care environment. Certification or demonstrable training as a 12-Step/AA/CA counselor, recovery coach, or peer support specialist. Personal experience in sustained recovery (if applicable), with appropriate boundaries and professionalism. Collaboration with a world-class network of wellness and mental-health professionals.
