Sales Representative (English & Spanish)

**Position Overview:** We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at 4S dealership BYD in Madrid. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our vehicles.

**Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions. - Present and sell vehicles, finance, and insurance options to customers. - Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent after-sales service. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all vehicles in the dealership. - Participate in sales events and promotions to attract new customers. - Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. - Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

**Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in business or a related field preferred. - At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - A valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software is a plus. - A valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in Chinese or English is advantageous.
