Senior Project Manager (Digital)

Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of complex yacht-building projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires extensive technical experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a demanding, detail-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple yacht-building projects from concept through sea trials and final delivery. Coordinate engineering, design, production, procurement, quality assurance, and client service teams. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and experience. Identify project risks and collaborate with technical teams to develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and classification requirements. Oversee documentation, change management, and reporting processes. Mentor and guide project coordinators and junior project managers.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Project Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. 8–10 years of project management experience in yacht building, shipbuilding, or another complex manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-year engineering or construction projects. Strong understanding of composite construction, marine systems, and luxury yacht outfitting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical, budgeting, and project planning skills. Proficiency with project management software and ERP systems.
